By using the SAHER TRACKER platform by ATS Company, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

The platform provides vehicle and fleet tracking solutions via web and mobile apps, including maps, reports, alerts, and device/user management according to the permissions granted to each account.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

• Accounts must be used lawfully and only for authorized purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and not sharing them.
• You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

3. User Obligations

• Do not misuse, attempt to hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Do not submit misleading or unlawful information.
• Comply with applicable local laws when using tracking devices and data.
• Ensure location data is collected with appropriate legal authorization.

4. Devices and Data

Tracking quality depends on GPS/GSM devices, network connectivity, and operating conditions. Absolute coverage or accuracy is not guaranteed at all times or in all locations.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

When paid plans are activated, pricing, duration, and renewal terms shown at subscription or agreed with you will apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of service.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, interfaces, branding, and content belong to ATS Company / SAHER TRACKER. Copying, reselling, or exploiting them without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by network interruption, device failures, improper use, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, the service is misused, or a subscription ends.

9. Changes

We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the service after publication means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
